01. Notifying a merger or acquisition
Mergers and acquisitions shall be notified using the special form available for downloading from this site, which contains all the information required. Annexes can also be downloaded to submit the information to be returned with the notification.
The turnover thresholds above which it becomes mandatory to notify an acquisition or merger were updated in 22 March 2021 to 31 million euro for the Italian turnover of the acquired company and 511 million euro for the aggregate Italian turnover of all the companies involved.
