CONFERENCE TO CELEBRATE THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ENACTMENT OF THE COMPETITION AND FAIR TRADING ACT
On 9-10 October, at the Monumental Complex of San Michele a Ripa IN Rome, an international conference will be organized by the Competition authority on, "Competion and Antitrust Authority - A Ten-Year Appraisal of the Italian Antitrust Law".
Italy's Competition Authority was instituted by Statute enacted on 10 October 1990 (Law No 287/1990).
Attending the Conference will be the Prime Minister and former Chairman of the Competition Authority, Giuliano Amato, the Governor of the Bank of Italy, Antonio Fazio, and the European Competition Commissioner, Mario Monti.
