INTESA SANPAOLO: ANTITRUST AUTHORITY EXTENDS DEADLINE FOR CONCLUDING NON-COMPLIANCE PROCEEDING TO 14 JANUARY 2010
The Authority accedes to the bank's request for an additionaal 90 days to prepare its defence
The Italian Competition Authority, at its meeting on 6 August 2009, extended until 14 January 2010 the deadline for concluding the non-compliance proceedings begun on 14 May last against Intesa SanPaolo. The Antitrust Authority thus accepted the request advanced by the company for a further 90 days for the preparation of its defence.
