AGCOM-ANTITRUST PROTOCOL SIGNED
A new protocol was signed today by Presidents Angelo M. Cardani and Giovanni Pitruzzella between the Autorità per le garanzie nelle comunicazioni and the Autorità garante per la concorrenza e il mercato.
The protocol replaces a similar agreement signed in 2004, updating and improving it, and confirms the excellent relations between the two authorities, testifying to their mutual intention for constant and fruitful relationships within their respective institutional competences.
