Birth of the Rivista Italiana di Antitrust / Italian Antitrust Review at the service of scientists and operators

PRESS RELEASE

Press Release

Constitute a means of constant updating for the network of scholars and Competition operators. This is the goal of the Italian Competition Review, published by the Competition Authority in the English language and available for free on line. The review, which aims to make known, even abroad, the Italian Competition practise and case law, has as its special field of interest the most significant developments in the legal and financial framework of competition and consumer protection, in particular at the national and Community level. Coordinated by Professor Piero Barucci, the review has a scientific committee, composed of prominent experts on the subject, which operates free of charge. Published by the Authority, it does not however represent the 'policy' but aims instead to enrich, in an independent and qualified manner the scientific debate on the matters subject to the Authority's intervention, hosting contributions of internationally known authors.

Issue 1 of the Italian Competition Review is now available online at http://iar.agcm.it.
