Italian Competition Authority: documentation on fuel prices requested from the Guardia di Finanza (Italian finance police) to examine unfair commercial practices against consumers and infringements of competition rules

The Chairman of the Italian Competition Authority, Roberto Rustichelli, wrote to Giuseppe Zafarana, General Commander of the Guardia di Finanza (Italian finance police), requesting the collaboration of the Corps in order to gain the documentation relating to the recent checks carried out on fuel prices, with particular reference to the infringements found.
