The proceedings concern the possible violation of the regulations on conflicts of interest pursuant to Law no. 215 of 2004
Following a complaint sent by the Minister of Culture, Gennaro Sangiuliano, the Italian Competition Authority has opened investigation proceedings, pursuant to Article 6 of Law no. 215 of 20 July 2004 and Article 8 of the Regulation on conflicts of interest, against Culture Undersecretary Vittorio Sgarbi, for possible unlawful conducts in violation of the provisions of Law no. 215/2004 on activities incompatible with a government position.
