The Italian Competition Authority has extended to Fenice S.r.l. and TBS Crew S.r.l., which are ultimately owned by Ms Chiara Ferragni, the proceedings commenced against Balocco S.p.A. Industria Dolciaria for unfair commercial practice in relation to the commercial initiative named “Chiara Ferragni e Balocco insieme per l’ospedale Regina Margherita di Torino” (“Chiara Ferragni and Balocco together for the Regina Margherita hospital in Turin”).
Today, the Authority officials inspected the offices of Fenice S.r.l. and TBS Crew S.r.l. with the assistance of the Special Antitrust Unit of the Italian Financial Police (Guardia di Finanza).
