Turnover thresholds

The turnover thresholds that trigger the obligation to notify a merger were last updated on 16 March 2026.

They are set at €595 million for the combined turnover in Italy of all the companies concerned, and €36 million for the individual turnover in Italy of at least two of the companies concerned.

These thresholds are updated annually by the Authority.
